**HR Systems and Data Assistant**

**FTC 12 months - Hybrid (Victoria, London)**

**£27,500 + outstanding pension/holidays**

**You will need to have the following**:
Ability to run and amend existing reports with reporting tools.

Knowledge and experience of providing management information from HR Systems.

Intermediate knowledge of Excel to include creation of Pivot Tables

Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer service in line with the monthly reporting and payroll cycle.

Good attention to detail with a proven ability to check numerical and narrative information thoroughly and accurately.

Act as a positive role model and promote the culture of House, maintaining principles of equality, diversity and inclusion at all times.

**Responsibilities**

Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System. Providing direct user support to customers.

Ability to Run monthly Workforce Information (WI) reports accurately and on time to provide the business with correct workforce data.

Ability to write new reports and amending existing reports on using report browsers, Excel to present data.

Ability to review the accuracy of the reports, spotting any possible errors within the reports or system and correcting and reporting to the manager.

Support the Maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and / or updating existing positions and employee data in HR system.

Communicating, collaborating and negotiating with customers as to the level of information provided.

Provision of information provided and in line with GDPR, Data Protection and Information Security Policies.

Support the provision of reports to ensure are received in a reasonable and timely manner.

Support the testing of any changes, upgrades or enhancements to the system.

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of user guides/documentation.
