Area to be covered: North
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + £5,000 - £10,000 negotiable bonus
Benefits: Company car OR car allowance & benefits package
The role of the Specification Sales Manager - External Wall Coatings will involve:
- Field sales positions selling a high quality manufactured range of external wall coatings
- All of your time will be focused on generating specifications with specifiers, housing associations and architects
- Dealing with order values ranging from £3k - £300k depending on size and scope
- Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1m+
- Conducting CPD seminars
- Will be a new business role with incoming enquires and there is a small portion of account management to maintain
The ideal applicant will be an Specification Sales Manager - External Wall Coatings with:
- Must have specification sales experience selling to specifiers, architects and housing associations
- Open on what building materials you’ve sold as long as you have the right route to market
- Ideally sold a construction / heavyside building materials such as: coatings, external wall insulation, EWI, renders, plasters, mortars, cladding, insulation, rainscreen, facades, roofing or related products (however open on product background)
- Ideally experience of conducting CPD Presentations
- Genuine 'get up and go’, determined and tenacious, make a good impression
