**Skills**: The post holder is expected to possess the following skills; Excellent verbal and written skills to translate complex ideas and information into clear, concise, compelling messages to deadline Excellent attention to detail Methodical and organised approach to work ensuring the ability to work accurately under pressure Strong editorial skills to proof content for different digital platforms and to provide plain language content that engages the audience Ability to develop creative and innovative campaigns / solutions in response to communications challenges Ability to use audience insight data to target and engage staff groups effectively by tailoring tone, message and channel Ability to work on forming key relationships and maintain networks internally Demonstrate ability to problem solve, working on own initiative and prioritise workload Strong keyboard skills to produce well-written copy and presentations as needed Ability to deal effectively and appropriately with people at all levels from a broad range of organisations internally and externally Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work Responsibilities: Support the planning of a calendar of outputs for proactive internal and external communications aligned to the ICS and ICB objectives as well as supporting the Integrated Care Partnership and Primary Care Network agendas. Working with the communications officers to deliver a regular schedule of updates to the ICB and ICS websites and a compelling stream of content for the social media channels Manage and update the intranet. Produce a weekly bulletin for staff. Organise monthly virtual staff briefing sessions, including planning topics for discussion, booking and briefing presenters and providing technical support.
