**The Company**

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Centre Co-ordinator for a health and social care charity based in Pontefract. This is a full time, permanent role.

**The Role**

This is a full time, permanent role, based on site.

Within this role you will manage the centre and the staff to provide excellent service to the clients that utilise it. You will ensure the specific needs of the clients are met through activities, whilst ensuring the day to day operation is run smoothly.

As well as this you will:

- Manage and produce budgets in line with Centre performance
- Assist in the production of marketing activity to help with raising awareness of the charity
- Lead on any potential safeguarding issues
- Ensure the activities planned for the clients are fit for purpose and are documented correctly
- Undertake assessment of clients to ensure of adequate measures whilst using the centre

An activity centre, health and social care, or a community care setting.

You will also possess:

- An NVQ level 5 or being progress of gaining this, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of managing a team within a health and social care setting
- An appreciation of the clients you support
- A driver's license and access to a vehicle

**The Benefits**

This role paying a salary of between £30,000 - £34,000, is full time, and offers a number of other benefits, such as generous pension contributions, opportunities of private healthcare, onsite parking as well as several others.
