Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter
Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter. A Bristol based mobility products firm need a Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter to join the team to work Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00. You must be prepared to work every other Saturday for which you receive aday in lieu during that week. You'll also work one Sunday shift every 3 months for which you'll also receive a lieu day. You'll work in nice offices, very centrally based next to Bristol Bus and Coach station. Full training is provided.
This role is contacting people who have left a web lead on the website and booking an appointment. Or they might be ringing in to enquire about products and you are required to book the appointment for the demonstrator - so all warm leads.
The Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to their online enquiries
- Building rapport with customers
- Qualifying that company products are suitable
- Explaining the company and product benefits
- Booking appointments for company demonstrators to show the customer products
Telesales Executives that work at this company come from all walks of life. Whereas call centre or telesales experience would be ideal. People who are confident on the phone will be considered, along with needing the following:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with customers along with being patient
- Reliable, trustworthy and motivated
- Strive to achieve both personal and team targets
- Have a positive attitude
The Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter is a Desk Based Sales Executive career position with:
- Full induction training
