Main
**Responsibilities**:
There are two aspects to this role:
- Volunteer engagement - through the whole volunteer journey
- Training - general administrative duties for the education team
We are looking for an excellent co-ordinator who is confident and is able to work at pace. This is not a ‘slow and steady’ job. It is fast paced and you will be involved in a variety of tasks across the full life cycle of both volunteering and training.
Required Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience of volunteer recruitment and a being confident communicator is essential for this role. You need to be equally happy to manage relationships and able to balance the associated administrative tasks that will form part of this very unique role.
You’ll be able to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload. You will have excellent written skills. You’ll be speaking to people often, so you’ll have great verbal communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
You’ll be of a curious mindset that champions innovation and will be prepared to challenge the status quo to improve the experience of our volunteers, learners, administrative tasks and processes.
