**Supporting AXA Partners strategy through effective management and delivery of comprehensive technical and work allocation activities within the UK Operations function.**

**This role will involve working closely with the Operations Team, supporting them with technical enquiries/escalations. You will report into the Team Manager, collaborating when necessary, with other operational departments within AXA Travel Insurance, AXA Partners Travel Business Line.**

**Individual responsibilities/tasks/ Key Result areas**
- **To support the team with their queries regarding calls and cases**:

- **To review the department case activity and keep up to date various inbound communication.**:

- **Pro-actively support, manage and control Red Flag/complex cases and complaints.**:

- **To support the account management teams with client meetings from a technical perspective.**:

- **Arrange and manage work allocation to agents.**:

- **When required complete payment/guarantee of payments, case authorisation and auditing.**:

- **Deliver coaching and feedback to staff on technical matters.**:

- **To meet with the Team Manager on a daily basis to organising resource/allocation/L&D activity**:

- **Process owner and developer of technical processes.**:

- **To champion good customer service within the department and to interface regularly with key stakeholders to ensure compliance.**:

- **To be able to support/take on responsibilities of managers when required.**

**Your Profile**

**Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- **A high level of technical understanding in relevant area(s) is essential**:

- **An excellent communicator, capable of influencing and asserting opinion at all levels**:

- **Proven experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential**:

- **Ability to demonstrate a highly professional work ethic**:

- **Proven ability to interface with clients at a high level is essential**:

- **This role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a commitment to continued career development. High level time management skills are essential.**

**Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience**
- **Previous audit management desirable**:

- **A high degree of drive and commitment is a must in this challenging role, together with a positive can-do attitude**
