The Data Analyst will be working on the CRM programme which is one of the largest programmes the charity has undertaken. The charity is currently working on a Salesforce implementation which will replace the current system (Raiser’s Edge). The project willtransform the way in which the charity operates from a day-to-day process level, and at the strategic level too.
The role is to work as part of the Data Migration team where, using the Agile delivery framework, you will analyse complex data sets, propose mappings for the data migration and test data once it has been loaded into the target schema.You will be experiencedwith the MS SQL Server platform, querying using T-SQL and be familiar with ERDs.
You will also be responsible for a number of items that may be holding up the Data Migration process and will work closely with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to resolve these items so that Data Migration can be as seamless as possible.

Internal customers, Data Migration Partner, Project & Business Analysis Manager/CRM Project Manager, Peers, Database teams.
**Main duties and responsibilities:**:

- Enable our data migration partner to be able to carry out data migration seamlessly.
- Answer queries raised by our data migration partner.
- Identify appropriate test cases in order to test a data migration
- Carry out testing following a data migration
- Querying and aggregating data using T-SQL
- Be aware of, and ensure implementation during assignments of all relevant legislative, regulatory, audit and administrative standards adhered to by the charity.
- Chair and facilitate workshop or ‘fact finding’ meetings in order to properly analyse current and future data solutions.
- Adhere to and help maintain standards for data analysis.
- Perform any other relevant duties as required within the team.
- Positively contribute and work to team objectives.
- Adhere to the charity’s policies and procedures.
