**HR & Recruitment Coordinator / 6 month Contract / Reigate / £180 - £200 per day umbrella**
**Overview**:
My client, a well-known finance and insurance organisation are looking to recruit a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team. The role will be reporting to the Recruiting Officer for the purposes of management with coaching and daily tasks from theRecruiters. The overall purpose of the role is to support to the HR service across the team, with a focus on assisting with the efficient and effecting end-to-end Recruitment process for their organisation.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Both Recruitment & HR general duties
- Supporting the recruiters in the effective management of roles as appropriate
- Advertising and maintaining current job postings within the business
- Conduct Vetting initiation and gather date as required to enable the adjudication ad appointment of new employees
- Manage the HR Admin mailbox and respond to / direct queries as appropriate
- Ensure administrative processes associated with all aspects of HR are carried out in an organised manner
**Essential Skills**:

- Good admin experience
- Excellent people skills and an effective communicator
- Ability to prioritise work load
- Good communication skills
- Confident in approach
- Eager to learn HR
**Package**:

- £180 - £200 per day umbrella
- Every day in the office (hybrid after training)
- Monday - Friday - 9-5 (Reigate)
