We have an exciting opportunity for an **Field Sales Representative **to join our team covering our Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering, Stevenage and Luton patch. With a variety of products across all sectors to offer our customers, a forward-thinking culture, what better time to join a dynamic organisation striving for growth

As an **Field Sales Representative** you will take responsibility for being the first port of call with our current and prospective customers within your designated geographical patch. Our people are what makes us stand out above the crowd at HSS Hire, and we would love to make you a part of our journey

**What you’ll achieve**:

- Conducting face-to-face sales meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
- Prospecting and cold calling potential clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base and meet sales targets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and sales pipelines, using CRM software.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A proven track record of aiding and assisting customers throughout their journey. You will be the first point of contact for our some of our biggest spending customers.
- You will also need to demonstrate your sales experience and flair to identify, win and nurture new customer accounts.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- You must have a valid driving licence.
