Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide various administrative and clerical support.
- Perform clerical functions to keep department and organization functioning.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff.
- Organize staff meetings and other office events.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and schedule meetings for executives.
- Schedule meetings for management.
- Respond to inquiries about personnel, benefits, policies, procedures, etc.
- Provide information about company services such as brochures, business cards, letterhead; design logos, publish newsletters, coordinate printing of flyers and other materials.
- You will help organise the management by supporting them with their day to day activities.
- This is an ongoing Permeant position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
