Our client is one of the largest Motor Retailers in Essex, and is seeking a confident and self-motivated individual to join their business as a Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding Customer Experience, to ensure the owners of new and used cars from some of the best loved car brands experience the best levels of care.

**To fulfill this role we require you to have the following criteria**:

- Proven experience in customer service, within a franchised motor-trade environment (preferred but not essential)
- To have a passion for customer service and the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers and staff alike to resolve any conflicting situations calmly and reasonably
- To enjoy working in a fast-paced environment recognising individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the overall team
- To have the ability to keep up-to-date with complex information, proven selling skills and good analytical and problem-solving skills
- To have excellent administration and organisational skills, with great diary management and ensuring updates are completed within agreed timeframes
- To have the skill and desire to succeed
- Previous experience using Kerridge an advantage but not essential

**Responsibilities**
- To ensure all customer vehicles are fully repaired and serviced according to Manufacturer standards and within agreed time frames
- To communicate with the customer regarding the repairs and any additional work required, providing excellent customer service and duty of care
- To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range and have knowledge of our competitors
- To monitor and ensure that the completion of all service and repair paperwork is completed promptly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- To ensure customer vehicles are handled with care whilst the responsibility of the Service Workshop and that all cars are cleaned and valeted ready for handover to customer at agreed time frames

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
