We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Technical Services team as a Technical Assurance and Facilities Management Apprentice. This role will provide you with real-world experience and support as you develop your skills and knowledge in Technical and Legislative policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**: As a Technical Assurance and Facilities Management Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

- Uploading all documentation to the Management Information System
- Analysing documents and identifying trends and risks
- Providing updates on the status of Planned Preventative Maintenance work and other legislative Supply Chain work orders
- Facilitating onsite Compliance Audits and distributing Audit Reports
- Generating regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Ensuring comprehensive audit trails are maintained in the Computer Aided Facilities Management systems
- Assisting in the evaluation and improvement of work procedures
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring contractual obligations are met and sustained
- Updating the Client asset register and planned maintenance tasks/job plans
- Promoting a Zero Harm health and safety culture by demonstrating safe work practices
- Providing general administrative support to the Technical Services team, including document control

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
**Essential**:

- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Access)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to set and meet challenging targets
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Systematic approach to tasks and ability to measure progress against plans
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Experience working in Business Operations and/or adherence to policies and procedures
- Familiarity with the facilities management industry or operating within a Business Operations team
