**Who are we looking for?**

**What will you do?**

You will manage and maintain all areas of administration for the Warehouse function, Ensuring the accuracy of related records, systems and tools.

You will prepare and process documents, assist in scheduling and task coordination with other areas of the organisation. You will also;
Assist in conducting stock audits and generating inventory reports as required.

Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement and improve administrative procedures and protocols.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Support the implementation of safety protocols within the warehouse, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.

**What do you need?**

You will have 2 years of administration experience, ideally in a logistics-related field
- 4*GCSE between A-C (Must include Maths and English) (New grading 4+), ideally with advanced qualifications in Administration, Logistics or Warehousing would be a distinct advantage.
- High level of literacy in Microsoft packages in particular Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment is desirable.
