As a New Business Executive, you'll be the driving force behind building strong relationships and generating strategic proposals. What is your ultimate goal? Landing new business and taking it to the next level. You'll work directly with brands and agencies, showcasing our unique services and making a lasting impact. **What We're Looking For**:
We're eager to hear from you if you're armed with at least one year of B2B sales experience. What's more important than a resume? Your personality, tenacity, and knack for engagingly explaining things. If you've rocked the world of advertising sales, thrived in an agency environment, or shone in outbound call centres, you're the star we're searching for.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Forge Connections: You'll actively create and nurture customer relationships, opening doors for exciting new opportunities.
- Data Champion: Keeping prospecting and customer data shipshape, you'll be an organisational whiz.
- Targets, We Got This: Meeting achievable targets is your jam - we're all about celebrating successes
- Timely Reporting: Accurate reporting is critical, and you'll keep us in the loop on your fantastic progress.
**Skills and Experience We Need**:
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience - bring your game face
- Good IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Stellar communication skills in both written and spoken English.

Your starting salary will be £20,400, plus an uncapped commission structure that evolves to keep things exciting. It combines revenue, positive outcomes, and individual/team achievements.
