We are looking to further enhance our UK based recruitment team who manage all aspects of the recruitment process for multiple business units in multiple locations. Whether it’s an Accountant for our Corporate function to be based in Aberdeen, a Project Engineer for Seaway 7 in the Netherlands, or a Graduate in London or Paris, the **Recruitment Administrator **will join an established group and work as part of a collaborative team supporting the organisation’s needs.

This is a **1-year fixed term contract** role, based Sutton, working on a hybrid basis offers a mix of office and home working. This is an ideal position for someone looking to develop a career within the recruitment and HR domain.

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work in partnership with HR Teams, Managers and Recruiters to provide a first-class recruitment service.
- Facilitate the promotion of all positions through appropriate mediums, including company website, job boards and recruitment partners.
- Provide information to the HR Admin team for the processing of offers of employment
- Support the organisation of events both internally and externally. (Careers Fairs, University Open Days, Graduate Recruitment Days, STEM Events)
- Attend Interviews as required
- Provide recruitment statistics and reports
- Screening of applicants details against job requirements as required
- Takes responsibility for ensuring that recruitment system is updated regularly and that workflow activities associated with the recruitment process are actioned in a timely manner.
- Contributes to innovations and improvements in the recruitment process as necessary to ensure our ways of working evolve with changing market conditions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- A confident communicator, comfortable dealing across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong team player focussed on supporting the coordinated efforts of the group’s common goals.
- Organised with the ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities
- Previous experience of SAP, or similar people management system (Desirable)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Proactive, flexible in approach and customer focussed

**Qualifications and Education**
- A specific Recruitment or HR Qualification (Desirable)
