**About Our Client**:
The client are a manufacturing and production company based in Bedford that have a great track record of promoting from within and offer clear career progression. The company have a friendly team and work 2 days a week from home and offer a flexible working.
FTC Sales ledger assistant will be:
- Posting cash receipts and direct debits daily for multiple accounts
- Ensuring all cash is allocated to the correct customer accounts and invoices
- Deal with account queries promptly and efficiently
- Ensure refunds are processed accurately and promptly
- Assess new credit requests and review customers' credit ratings
- Activate new customer accounts
- Reconcile sales ledger
**The Successful Applicant**:
FTC Sales ledger assistant will have:
- Proven experience in sales ledger.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
