**Job overview**:
We are keen to appoint a fixed term Junior Clinical Fellow to join our team at the Julian Hospital. The advertised post is for Rose Ward, a 13 bed continuing assessment ward. The ward supports patients needing more assessment and treatment for a dementia illness or other organic condition.

This is a Junior Clinical Fellow post aimed at doctors who are equivalent of CT1-2 trainees in terms of experience. The post is also suited to trainees on the MTI scheme. The post holder will provide day-to day psychiatric and physical reviews of the patient group under the care of a consultant. The post holder will be expected to be an integral member of the multidisciplinary team and be involved in all aspects of the services’ work including attending referral meetings.

There are also opportunities to observe assessments in other settings. The post provides an excellent opportunity for trainees with an interest in Psychiatry.
