**Job Description**:
As a Junior Compliance Admin, you will play a crucial role in our compliance department. Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with customers via phone calls and other communication methods, managing electronic job folders, and conducting pre-survey checks. You will ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and meets our stringent compliance standards.

Full training will be provided on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers to gather necessary information about their properties.
- Electronic Folder Setup: Create and maintain electronic folders for each job.
- Pre-Survey Checks: Conduct pre-survey checks on properties to ensure all necessary information is collected.
- Customer Communication: Send out communications to customers and follow up on any required supporting documents.
- Compliance Checks: Perform detailed compliance checks on each job pack to ensure all documents are present and correctly formatted.
- Data Analysis: Analyse property data to determine if it meets specific qualifying criteria.
- Record Updating: Maintain and update records using company software.
- Adhoc Administration: Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Computer skills
- Experience in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office preferred but not necessary
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role is a plus, but not essential.
