Workshop Assistant

**Excellent rate of pay £12ph to £13ph.**

**Temporary to permanent role** working **47.5hours per week, Monday to Friday. 7am start.**

To be successful you will need to be a "hands-on" person who looks forward to working in a workshop environment, using various tools to build and create products. We are looking for someone who wants to build and develop a career within a manufacturing workshop environment.
- The role will include preparing surfaces for spraying, sanding, gluing, and basic assembly, along with using hand tools and operating workshop machinery.
- This position will be physical, you will be on your feet most of the day, in a busy work environment.
- Experience working within a workshop environment would be preferred and additional training can be provided.

**Requirements**:

- **Woodworking** and **joinery** experience preferred or a background in these areas as a hobby or interest.
- Experience working in a workshop environment.
- Reliability and physically able to work a job role that is labour intensive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working to technical drawings / plans to assist in the production of bespoke products.
- Cleaning and tidying around the workshop.
- Must be willing to help and support other team members with workloads.
