Maintenance Handyman/woman

**Maintenance Person/Handyman**

We are a care home group looking for a reliable Maintenance Person to undertake upkeep and repair at our home Beechwood in Yeovil.

You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills and competency to use hand tools if needed. You will be responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- General building & ground maintenance
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Painting and decorating works
- Identify and report any major repair works

**Hours/Pay/Benefits**:

- 8 Hours per week/one day a week.
- Rate: £12.75 per hour
