I have recently purchased a 4 bedroom house that requires the downstairs renovating.

The farm house comes with several farm buildings which also need repairs done to them.

Jobs to include:
Removing plaster and exposing natural walls

Painting and decorating

Brick laying

kitchen fitting

Replacing a shed roof

Must be self employed. Must have own tools. Approx 1 months work, possibly more.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexitime

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yeovil: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property maintenance: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
