**The role**

As we continue to grow our client portfolio, we are looking for Data Consultants to deliver client engagements with some of the UK's best-known brands. The Data Consultant role is a combination of consultancy delivery, account management, and supporting with new business development. This is a mid-level role, some experience in a data specialism is ideal and the next step up is into a Team Lead/Account Lead position.

This role would suit an individual who has experience in a delivery function and keen to make a positive impact within a growing consultancy. We're open to a mix of backgrounds, some experience that could be a good fit could be a Business Analysis, Project Management or Management Consultancy background or similar. You will be working on the delivery of modern data and cloud solutions and the longer-term view for this role is to step up into a Senior Consultant role, leading on the delivery of large-scale projects.

It's an ideal step for someone who might work in a large consultancy or somebody who is working in an in-house delivery role and wants to try consulting as a career choice. All of our projects are data-focused and you can expect to be involved in different areas across our main propositions - data strategy, data platforms, data governance and analytics.

You can also expect to get involved in wider business initiatives including proposition development and brand building so if you feel you have more to offer than delivery, we'd love to hear your ideas.

**The skills**
- Consulting background or experience in a delivery focused role (e.g. BA/PM/PO or similar)
- Data experience in any of the following: Data Governance, Data Transformation, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics or AI.
- From a Technology domain background e.g. Digital, Cloud & Data
- Commercial outlook
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) at all levels

Hybrid Working - We operate a hybrid working model with a guideline of being in the office on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. There are no set office days but as a consultancy, we have client commitments and run in-person workshops from time to time which require a bit of flexibility.

**Our interview Process**:
Talent Team intro - 45 mins Teams Call. A 'get-to-know' offering you the opportunity to learn more about the company, role, culture and anything else that is important to you to ensure it's a good fit.

1st Interview - 45 mins skills-based Teams Call with Peers and Hiring Manager to go through the role in more detail. Expect questions on your experience, skills, motivations and how we can get the best out of you.

2nd Interview - 45 mins Teams Call with Department Head to cover off any final questions from you and us.
