The Best Connection is currently looking for an export administrator to join our client based in the Paisley area on an 1 year maternity cover role.

For this role the job description will include:

- Develop relationships with customers internal/external)
- Liaise with overseas offices on freight planning and coordination
- Maintain mandatory milestones through the Company's Freight Forwarding system
- Use Company systems to create, manage and maintain the movement of freight
- Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally
- Adhere to Customs Compliance procedures and documentation

To be successful for this role you will need the following:

- Previous administration skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours:
Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730
You will also need to pass Avaition Vetting which will include - full work history check, reference and disclosure scotland

**Benefits & Requirements**:
