I have an exciting new opportunity for my client based in Bilston. They are a well known and reputable family run business in the area and due to unprecedented growth, they are now seeking a new member for their finance team. The purpose of the role is toensure a smooth running of the accounts payable and finance department. This role is office based however working hours are flexible and ideal for the school run
Daily duties:

- Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses
- Preparing manual bank payments, transfers and BACS payments
- Reconciling bank payments
- Reviewing creditors ledger and reconciling to supplier statements
- Investigate and action any discrepancies
- Support in other ad hoc duties within the finance team
You will have:

- Experience in a busy finance environment
- AAT Qualification preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven experience using Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
