**About the role**:

- To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are of highest standard at all times
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Cashing up; placing orders; supervising staff on shifts
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
- Preparing hot drinks to order (manual coffee machine, training will be provided)
- General cleaning duties
- Passionate about customer service and great quality food & coffee

**Experience in making coffee is desired but not essential. At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor is required.**
