Virtual Mechanic

As a Virtual Mechanic, you will be responsible for delivering the exceptional aftersales experience that our customers expect. Effectively managing their relationship, ensuring that any technical, maintenance, upgrade and lifestyle queries are proactively answered in order to enhance our customer's overall Ribble journey.

To succeed in this role, you need to be enthusiastic, organised, possess excellent communication skills and be able to use your own initiative to resolve complex customer queries from start to finish.

You will be responsible for dealing with aftersales queries, managing relationships, Compliant handling and resolution, processing refunds, upgrades, and amendments of orders.

You will ideally have:
2 years’ experience in a customer contact role.

A relevant mechanical qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,850.00 per year
