WAE are working in partnership with FFI to decarbonise FMG’s mining fleet to have a net-zero mining operation by 2030. The role of **Programme Manager - Design for Maintenance** will be part of the Green Fleet team.

The purpose of the role is to lead the GreenFleet portfolio design for maintenance (DFM) planning and delivery by working collaboratively with the OEM’s/customers and internal stakeholders to overcome serviceability, accessibility, and maintainability challenges in the field. To ensure that the uptime of all products is maximized through designing effective methods to facilitate planned, unplanned, upgrades and refurbishing activities in the field.

**Job role**:

- Establish, develop, and manage strong working relationship with OEM’s/Customers, at all levels in order to understand the maintenance regimes for the OEM’s and end user
- Act as a primary point of contact to the OEM’s/Customer/Internal stakeholders to feedback operational requirements for maintenance
- Raise and document any customer/OE concerns regarding SAM in the field and develop a mechanism to capture and review these concerns which will feed on to continuous improvement of the product
- Working closely with the R&D team and articulating the operational demands and product expectations from the OEM and customer
- With internal stakeholder collaboration, managing customer expectations in terms of the design requirements and what is achievable within the D&D timelines
- Resolve and manage any critical relationship decisions, whether technical, operational or affecting design for maintenance delivery programme
- Manage and lead the delivery of design for maintenance programmes and/or portfolio
- Continuously develop and improve the WAE- GreenFleet process to programme delivery
- Identify, negotiate and agree areas of change to work scope or Risk management and control via change management with the stakeholders
- Provide event support when and if requested including travel nationally or internationally

**You’ll have**:

- Proven track record of leading deployment programme delivery on large or multiple projects
- Maintenance of timing and cost plans
- Commercial leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence outcomes with customer at peer level
- Experienced with Microsoft Office and preferably Project
