Telesales Representative - Work from Home & Company benefits (30 hours per week)
£10 p/h basic PLUS uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £30-35K p/a)
We market on behalf of household name brands inhabiting unique spaces in the UK market. Due to continued success, We are looking for more telesales representatives to join our remote working team. We have long standing relationships with these comp
We are looking for experience and longevity in either telesales, consultative sales, or in very demanding outbound customer service roles. (If you don’t have this experience, please tell us why you should be considered in a cover letter).

1. You want to sell ethical products in an ethical way - Bored of offering things that people don’t want? Tired of negative reviews affecting your sales? We have a solution; sell services that people want, need, and are trusted with millions of users Worldwide(that’s what we do anyway) Also, consultative selling is at the heart of D2MS’s philosophy, building a relationship between us and our prospects by asking questions, listening to their needs, and personalizing the sale to that customer so they hopefully havea memorable experience.
2. A work life balance is important to you - It’s important to us too Our staff work 100% remotely, this allows them to be able to pick the kids up from school, walk the dog, or even go to the gym during the day. Our working hours are sociable, we don’twork weekends and we can be flexible where required. What do we need in return? The same thing as you - respect, transparency, and a professional attitude to work.
3. No cold calling - We don’t use our salespeople for generating leads, we provide our own warm leads daily, generated through enquiries and social media marketing. There are always enough leads to go around but make no mistake, THIS IS SALES, not Customerservice. We need you to be able to think on your feet, handle initial brush off's (we are dealing with people after-all), and be able to present to customers who have expressed an interest in the service.
4. We believe in training and development - We also believe in our team (I know, it sounds cheesy); everyone working for us hasn’t always started with a sales background, but they all have one thing in common; they all went through our training and developmentprogram. It’s a step-by-step graduation process where everyone will be offered the same opportunity to succeed. We can train skill; we can’t train will, you still need to be motivated, resilient and take pride in what you do.

5. You're hungry for uncapped earnings - We enjoy what we do, but we don’t do it for fun. We offer £10 per hour as a basic salary and the £30K OTE is very realistic, our commission structure is fair and transparent, with our top earners making double thatin the first year. What’s the secret? Consistency, some social awareness and an overall positive attitude, we can pretty much train the rest.
Unfortunately, we not supply equipment, so to be eligible for this role you must have your own laptop/desktop PC (running Google Chrome) with a USB wired headset and and a stable internet connection.
