Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently with excellent telephone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage all bookings and enquiries for our service department
- Prepare and manage job-sheets for the workshop
- Assist in the ordering of parts and consumables
- Send mailings and letters
- Making refreshments
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and general office maintenance
- Support the smooth running of the office and workshop with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a busy reception/admin role desirable
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy office environment
- Must be organised
- Competent and knowledgeable in general office practices
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Committed to the very best in customer service
- Can work alone as well as part of a team
- Be punctual and reliable
