**Receptionist - part time**

**London - Hammersmith**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a first-class, corporate receptionist to work as part of a job share team in an office building, just a five-minute walk from Hammersmith station.

You will work collaboratively with your job share to own the reception and take pride in delivering exemplary customer service to everyone visiting the building.

We’re looking for a personable, well-presented individual, with proven relevant experience of providing five-star customer service for all.

**Hours and Salary**

£18, 223 per annum

8am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday

1 hour paid lunch break

(Flexibility required to assist your job share (who works Thursday and Friday) with cover for holiday and emergency absence)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception**
- The busy reception desk will require you to multi tasks and work efficiently with the reception team to ensure tenant / building needs are met in a timely manner
- Take pride in meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
- Efficiently managing deliveries, including couriers and post
- Develop a good understanding of the local area and maintain a local amenities information file
- General administration as required
- Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders

**The Building**
- Managing contractors and ensure any building issues are reported and managed to resolution
- Supporting the building manager as required
- Pay particular attention to the health and safety of the building

**Initiatives & Community**
- Develop and introduce seasonal events and pop ups for the tenants, to create a sense of community and aid enjoyment in the workplace (as and when required)
- Work collaboratively with you job share to produce a monthly e-newsletter promoting initiatives and concierge services
- helping to create a community vibe

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Proven experience of working in a similar customer service role/commercial property environment
- Vibrant personality and a can-do attitude
- Proficient at delivering a high-end ‘meet and greet’ service, working efficiently and professionally at all times
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
- Mac/PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
