As a Community Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals within our community.

**Shift Details**:

- 7 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 10 pm
- 3 days on, 4 days off shift pattern
- £12.00 weekdays £12.50 weekends
- 45p per mile petrol

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence
- Supporting clients with medication management and administration
- Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met
- Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
