HR Admin Lead

Artis recruitment are currently supporting an exciting global organisation with the recruitment of a HR Services Lead to manage the HR Admin Function and a team of 2 - this is a permanent full time post in Bristol, offering Hybrid working and a salaryof £28-30,000 pa.
Main Purpose of Role:
Accountable for the development and delivery of a comprehensive, legally-compliant and brand-aligned professional HR administration and advisory service to the Business Support Functions
Role Responsibilities:
*Accountable for the delivery of a high-quality on-brand HR Service to Business Support Functions which positively contributes to employee experience
*Lead the team through a period of change to continuously evolve the proposition and drive a culture of process streamlining and data integrity
*Accountable for all HR employee lifecycle services, including authorisation and contractual documentation, in line with company guidelines
*Proactively coach and develop team members through regular one to one meetings, performance development and feedback processes
*Highlight areas for improvement and recommend and implement improvement action plans to streamline and improve efficiency and enhance the service in accordance with best practice
*Proactively develop and manage all HR channels and associated ways of customer contact with the team. Manage complaints with mínimal escalation
*Develop and report on KPIs, SLAs and governance metrics to monitor and improve service performance and adherence with HR policy and process
*Work in partnership with stakeholders to identify and deliver data and insight reporting requirements
*Manage the transfer in of transactional work from other HR depts, including reward and benefit administration
*Manage and prioritise workload, ensuring the HR services team is adequately resourced to meet core deadlines
*Own and develop HR documentation, templates, collateral and resources ensuring adherence with legislation, HR policy and process and to support manager and employee self-service. Work closely with our outsourced best practice and employment advisory serviceas required
*Take the lead on all Business Support Functions HR process-related communication
*Responsible for undertaking complex and senior employee contract, reward and benefit administration, liaising with senior stakeholders as required
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including other HR departments, payroll, compliance and IT
*Ensure effective controls are in place to ensure legal compliance and meet auditable processes as required
*Lead and/or support additional resourcing and HR project work and activities as required
Person Specification/Competencies:
*Ability to demonstrate company values
*Prior experience as team lead within a shared services environment or highly experienced in HR service provision with experience in a corporate business looking for their first team lead role
*Tenacious, resourceful and resilient, thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapting to continuously evolving business demands and needs
*Extensive experience recommending and delivering HR process and system improvement
*Excellent people development, coaching and supervisory skills
*Outstanding attention to detail
*Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage self and others to prioritise, support and deliver to meet evolving business priorities
*Track record of working in a customer-focused shared service environment delivering to SLA's and driving and delivering continuous improvement.
*Experience working with and evolving HRIS, an excellent level of IT skills including Excel (e.g. v look-up, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills - personable, professional, and a great ambassador for HR
*Client centric approach with excellent relationship building and communication skills (both verbal and written multi-channel).
*Strong knowledge of contract, GDPR, right to work and basic employment law
*CIPD qualified and process improvement qualification desirable but not essential
