**KEY ROLES**:

- Generate new Applicant leads from various sources (database of Relocation Agents/historic Applicants, porters, current tenants, contractors etc.)
- Respond to enquiries from the portals/website/social media/walk-ins
- Qualify Applicants and engage in various, pre-defined touchpoints
- Arrange and carry out virtual & in-person viewings
- Obtain offers from Applicants and agree terms with Landlord
- Liaise with Tenancy Manager to process Application
- Carry out handover of property to new Tenants
- Liaise with Landlord & Tenant to discuss & agree renewal terms

The earning potential for this role is uncapped and is made up of a competitive basic salary, generous commission structure and a car allowance & petrol for business mileage (should own car be provided).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
