**Customer Payroll Manager - Oracle & CIPP Degree Essential**

**_Salary - £40,000 - £50,000_**

Portfolio Payroll are currently working alongside an excellent tech company whose office in Manchester City Centre are looking for a new Customer Payroll Manager to join their lovely office and help manage the payroll team and look after their high-calibreclients.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours a week) and permanent.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transition of new client payroll.
- Oversee UAT phase.
- Management of parallel run phase.
- Creation of BPO payroll specific documentation.
- Day-to-day management of Payroll team.
- Answering complex payroll related queries.
- Building and maintaining healthy relationship with clients.
- Managing, training, and developing the team.

**Requirements**:

- **MUST** have experience using the payroll system Oracle.
- **MUST**have a CIPP degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sufficient experience in a payroll position, specifically in a supervisory/management position.
- Previous experience with high volume payrolls.
- Up-to-date legislation knowledge.
