Job Overview:
Being a floor supervisor/team leader involves making sure that great customer service is delivered by a happy, motivated and skilled floor team. Being in charge of the floor, means you hold the responsibilities of the GM during your shift and should be competent in all aspects of the restaurant. From serving customers to performing certain administrative tasks. Your main priority is the smooth service of the restaurant and coordinating the floor team to achieve this.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide guidance and support to team members in various roles such as cooking, bartending, and food preparation
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new team members on procedures and protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall performance

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in team management, preferably in a kitchen or restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team
- Knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
