We have a great opportunity to join a growing team across the Southwest as an Independent Financial Advisor on a self-employed basis with uncapped payment opportunities. We will provide training in all areas to help you reach your targets whilst providing in house leads for you to build your experience.

Advice Rooms is an Independent Financial Advisory firm based in North Devon working on a national basis. We provide independent advice across the whole market in all areas including, Retirement, Investment, Tax & Protection planning as well as Estate planning advice. We are passionate about helping clients understand their needs and providing holistic financial planning.

As our next Financial Advisor you will be given the opportunity to build your own client bank, whilst having the support of an experienced para planning and administration team.

Having existing & transferable AUM is a clear advantage however, you must have a proven track record of successful & direct experience advising clients and have the confidence and determination to drive new business & hit company targets.

**Key Responsibilities for our next Financial Advisor will include**:

- Managing and prioritising your own workload on a daily basis
- Provide pension, investments, protection, taxplanning & trusts advice
- Ownership of the advice process from start to finish
- Liaising with the paraplanning team to ensure a professional client journey
- Actively drive new business whilst managing existing client base
- Liaising with pension and investment company account managers
- keep up to date with industry changes, trends and new products
- At least 2 years of financial planning experience
- Minimum of level 4 DipFA/PFS qualified
- Strong business development and networking skills
- An in-depth knowledge and experience in pensions, investments, protection, taxation planning & trusts
- Knowledge of support systems such as selecta pension & dynamic planner
- A proven understanding of the finance industry landscape
- Tenacity and desire to succeed in a competitive industry
- Passion for customer service and professionalism
- Excellent presentation and communication skills

This is a unique opportunity to join as an IFA on a self employed basis with the ability to run your own business model.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
