Maintenance Assistant

Our client are looking for a facilities, caretaker, grounds person to travel between 4 sites in the Wimbledon area, South West London.
You will be provided with a company vehicle and therefore must have a clean driving licence, along with a current DBS dated recently or be part of the DBS update service.
You will be supplied with a company car/van. The role consists of general maintenance and repair work, so you must have general all round maintenance, building experience, ideally within schools.
If you have a Fire Door certification then this is advantageous but is not essential.
The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, working a 40 hour week, the pay rate is £13.46 to £14.42 per hour.
This role may lead to a permanent position.
