The role
- Produce and format documents to a high standard in line with brand guidelines, including reports, specifications, presentations, organograms, and meeting documentation for a range of internal and external audiences.
- Proactively engage with colleagues to fulfil a range of support requests, regularly obtain feedback, review processes, and share best practice with team members by promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide non-strategic bid and PQQ support through collation of bid documentation, research of standard company information, insurance certificates, production of CVs and case studies, etc.
- Support Legal team with contract documentation which includes signature, scanning and post and maintaining legal tracker of incoming and outgoing documents.
- Organise internal and external meetings and events including associated logistics, liaising with Location Support, Facilities Management, and IT teams where necessary.
- Provide a flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to prioritise workload, undertaking allocated duties and tasks when required to support the effective operation of the shared service team.
- Extensive experience in providing high-quality administrative support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to stakeholder management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

The salary offered is £27,000 along with amazing benefits including 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, flexible working hours, private medical healthcare and a whole host of other benefits to choose from
