**About the Role**

Reporting into the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of Hamilton Grand’s infrastructure and systems within designated shift patterns. Hamilton Grand are a range of luxury apartments that overlook the 1st and 18th holes of the Old Course Golf Course.

**Duties and responsibilities**

This is a shift position and will also engage in reactive and planned maintenance of all apartments, public areas and facilities within the building, this position will be responsible for all owner/public facing maintenance issues during the shift duration. You will also be responsible for the completion of assigned projects and tasks at Hamilton Grand as determined by the Facilities Manager/Lead Engineer.

**Salary**

***The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am until 4.30pm and the annualised salary is £27,352.00 increasing to £29.681.00 on completion of a 6 month probationary period. The role may involve evening and weekend/work and this would be on a call out basis & paid accordingly per call out above this basic salary. It may also be required to work during certain events and holidays.

**Skills and qualifications**

***Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Joiner qualifications preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Maintenance or Facilities Team. Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills are essential within this role, along with exceptional attention to detail. Driving licence is essential.
