**Job Purpose**

The EPoS & Operations Support Co-ordinator is responsible for the accurate maintenance, planning and implementation for all EPoS till data and support calls at Valiant Pub Company, as well as assisting with administrative support to the operations team.

**Responsibilities**:
**EPoS Till Support**
- Follow agreed processes and procedures to achieve delivery of accurate EPoS data within agreed timescales
- Provide support to BDMs and pub operators with till enquiries
- Ensure that all product costs prices are 100% accurate before release to the till environment
- You will be accountable for accurate system testing before release to the live environment
- Highlight possible system issues
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers for call resolutions
- System and process documentation
- Day to day maintenance and support of the EPoS & Stock systems
- Complete routine daily/weekly checks and processes
- Assist your line manager in any other projects as directed
- Responsible for theme modelling and till buttons, ensuring that each till build has all the correct products aligned.
- Managing system users and aligning correct security levels
- Responsible for the setting up of drinks promotions, aligning the correct products and pricing levels to each promotion
- Correct alignment of sites to each BDM for reporting purposes

**Operational Support**
- Log and report any issues with out of stock products to the operations team
- Assisting the Operations team with pub recruitment, including planning interviews and inductions.
- Ordering of glassware

**Key Skills**
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Previous EPoS or support role experience (advantage)
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Well established customer service skills and experience
- Ability to manage demanding internal and external customers
- Clear verbal communication skills in a professional and engaging manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
