SF Recruitment are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a lovely long-standing business in Ripley. Due to rapid growth of the business, they are looking to bring on an ambitious and motivated individual who has an interest in sales and customerservice. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has previously worked in either a phone-based customer service role, account management, telesales, or had previous experience in upselling or just wants to start a career in sales.
Main duties will include
- Providing day to day customer service
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls from customers
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintaining daily KPIs and metrics
- Providing customers advice on the company's products and services that they offer
- Process customer orders
- Manage all delivery updates
- Ensure customers are keeping updated on the process of their orders
- Help resolve any issues relating to customers' orders, or delivery delays etc.
- Invoicing
- Keeping company systems up to date
You will be a strong communicator with fantastic customer service skills. You will be an experienced customer service advisor who is not fazed by a high volume and a fast-paced working environment. You will ideally have experience in either sales, soft upsellingor at least a desire to start a career in sales. Our client boasts a low staff turnover, with fantastic training from a well experienced and supported team of people. They require someone who wants to progress with the business and move up the career ladderas time goes on as you become more confident in the role.
