**The Role**

Due to significant growth and the launch of our sector leading 2030 Sustainability Strategy: For Our Future, we’re seeking to recruit a Sustainability Management Trainee. You will have a clear plan around your development and our established Management Trainee scheme has continually proven that developing our next generation of future leaders is imperative to our growth plans. Working closely with the National Sustainability Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the identification, development and embedding of changes across the company’s operations to deliver our sustainability commitments and targets - Analysing data, conducting research, and identifying opportunities to implement innovative and sustainable solutions across a range of projects - Monitoring sustainability performance, sharing knowledge and environmental best practice across Willmott Dixon group-wide sustainability forums - Working closely with people both within Fortem and its supply chain to develop sustainability skills, knowledge and capability Fortem is looking for the right people to join as future leaders to support our ambitious growth plans.
