We are excited to be able to share the work experience opportunities we have available at our unique and special Football Club. As a Club we are committed to achieving excellence on and off the field whilst maintaining our long-term financial sustainability and putting our supporters and community engagement at the forefront of everything we do.
We are known for developing and maximising the performance of our players however its also important to us that this a focus off the pitch too and staff feel valued and understand their contribution to the success of the Club.
Being able to support the community with these work experience opportunities is something we are proud to do as we hope these placements will offer individuals the opportunity to gain an insight into the Club and the working world. We hope to support individuals in broadening their knowledge and skillset which may help inform and shape future career decisions.
As well as this being a valuable experience for individuals seeking work experience, we understand the value and opportunity this offers us as a Club as we gain access to a range of talents, unique skills and insights from each individual. It also provides our team the opportunity to share their skillset and experience and develop these further as they supervise these placements which in turn helps to develop their management and other professional and personal skills.
