We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processor/ Office Administrator.

You will be responsible for accurately processing and managing customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a vital role in our organisation, as you will be the main point of contact for order processing and delivery scheduling.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and process orders accurately into our manufacturing and delivery schedule Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfilment

Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation using our CRM

Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly

Assist with sales administration tasks, such as generating reports and maintaining customer databases

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous experience in administration is vital

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Previous experience in the Home Improvement industry would be an advantage

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
