We are an Animal Feed Manufacturer based in a rural location and supplying Farmers locally and in the surrounding Counties.
This is a permanent role within the Company for an experienced Person to work as part of our small Office Team.
**The Role**:
Your primary role will be checking supplier invoices are correct and entering them onto Sage 50 Accounts. In addition as part of a small team you will be required to perform general office administration tasks such as:
- Answering the phone
- Take Customer orders
- Process Customer orders
- Serve Customers at trade counter
- Process payments using card terminal
- Communicating with Suppliers
**You will have**:
- Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting package
- Experience working in an Office environment
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good IT skills including using Microsoft Office.
- The ability to multitask and deal with a high volume of work
- An excellent Customer service approach
**We can offer**:
A Part-Time position, up to 34 hours / week. Our Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm and the job will be for 4 days a week to be negotiated
25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (Pro-rata).
