**Depending on your role, you could be**:

- Contacting victims of crime and helping them to overcome the effects of crime, via face to face, video, or telephone support
- Advising them on the Criminal Justice System and helping them to navigate through it
- Identifying situations where the individual should be referred to alternative support networks
- Sending in reports to the line manager to keep records up to date
- Providing some administrative support to local teams if required
- Writing letters to local organisations to raise funds
- Inputting data on our Case Management System
