An exciting number of opportunities have arrived for a Learning Mentor who are driven and deeply committed to join our team. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Leaning mentor who can Support students with different learning support needs.

You will be joining a strong and highly skilled teaching support team and a forwardthinking, innovative school with expertise in Positive Behaviour Support. Experience of working with young people with additional needs would be highly desired. This is a rewarding role, which can support the success in our young people achieving their fullpotential.
The job its based in rural Northumberland with a 400-acre site has some fantastic facilities - from dedicated agriculture and agriculture workshops, zoo with over 200 species of animal, equestrian centre and vast amounts of land and gardens giving our studentsvaluable hands-on experience. It a unique job opportunity for anyone who has a love for outdoors and nature.

**You will need to be**:
" A dedicated and skilled professional with a clear pupil-centred focus.
" Aspirational and highly committed to improving the learning attainments and lives of pupils with Behaviour, ASD, Mental Health.
" Display good written and verbal communication and IT skills are desirable.
" Experienced in working with pupils with Behaviour, ASD, Mental Health, some of whom may display behaviours of concern or is able to demonstrate transferable skills from another employment areas.
" A robust and resilient practitioner able to perform in a dynamic and challenging environment.
" Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the pupils in their care.
