Zebra Technologies work with and through their Channel partner community via our Channel Partner Program, PartnerConnect. The Zebra Channel Operations team is a team that provides proactive and reactive highly detailed support to all EMEA Channel Distributors, Partners, Channel Sales Teams and other internal stakeholders for all PartnerConnect program related opertaional governance, inquiries, activities and initiatives.

Your role you would be a Senior Sales & Channel Operations Representative within the team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Represent EMEA as the ‘Subject Matter Expert’ for Operational activities related to PartnerConnect program strategies, governance, tools and processes
- Actively participate, contribute and represent EMEA Channel Operations on all global and regional implementations, enhancements, initiatives, governance and projects. Review and approve all business requirements that result on behalf of EMEA
- Act in the capacity of a Project Manager for implementations and enhancements to the Program which are to be deployed in the EMEA region
- Raise and co-ordinate with the global team on all Program Change Requests submitted on behalf of EMEA - once approved, manage the rollout of those changes in EMEA. Regularly report on status and collaborate to manage issues
- Proactively engage and collaborate with Regional Channel Managers and Senior Channel Director to support Channel and program activities within EMEA - for example, attend workshops and regional team meetings to cascade training updates and gather feedback for operational improvements
- Act as ‘go to person’ for all EMEA Authorised Distributors as it relates to operational aspects of the program and support Distribution Account Management team with the functioning and management of the Program through the Distribution channel
- Ensure the Channel Operations team are fully trained and ‘system ready’ for any new implementations, initiatives, and deployments - Operationalizes new processes
- Identify Channel Operations process improvements (manual and system), devise and deploy those improvements with an ongoing focus to drive operational efficiencies - both internally and externally
- Develop and manage operational metrics as well as produce analytics and reporting. Analysis of data sets to troubleshoot issues or make improvement recommendations
- Carries out Channel Operations work tasks as and when required - ability to carry out the whole range of Channel Operations role at any time when necessary and have sufficient technical knowledge to support the wider Channel Operations team in all work tasks

**Qualifications**: Key Skills**:

- Previous experience of Channel Partner Programs Operations would be desirable although not essential
- Ability for work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Strong Project work experience
- Proven ‘attention to detail’ as it relates to systems, particularly CRM/PRM
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; both spoken and written
- Action oriented and results driven
- Strong problem solving
- Excellent time and task management with ability to multitask
- Calm and assured manner with ability to deliver results under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Natural aptitude for technology with strong Excel skills

This position has a hybrid working pattern, minimum 2 days per week at Bourne End Office.
