**Finance Analyst - 6 month FTC**

**Uxbridge, Middlesex**

**£45-50,000 + bonus + bens**

Based in Uxbridge, Middlesex, our client, a leading player in their field, is looking for Finance Analyst join their business to cover a secondment on a 6 month FTC basis.

This company is a leader in their field having seen sustained growth over a number of years developing market leading products across its portfolio. New management and refocused strategy has assisted in pushing the business further forward resulting in alarge scale business transformation project

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing common principles and reports for the Commercial teams that inform, communicate, forecast and effectively control sales, costs and expenses as well as support the budget, forecast andquarterly business review processes and provide accurate and reliable management information, documentation and cash management.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide consolidated monthly sales reports and commentary and work with Regional Commercial Managers to ensure that sales are reported correctly.
- Consolidate Commercial sales and expenses, providing variance analysis at BU & Regional Commercial Unit
- Support the consolidated budget and quarterly forecast exercises for the BU and commercial Teams
- Prepare financial analysis and presentation materials for the review meetings.
- Provide KPI reports for monthly sales, expenses and brand P&L
- Consolidation of inventory, headcount and FTE reports across BU and Commercial teams
- Support the financial accounting teams and commercial controllers, to ensure consistency in the reporting of local Commercial sales, costs, month end accruals, recharges and other financial information.
- Assisting with planning processes and reporting cycles
- Assist with preparation of presentations for the quarterly forecast and budget review meetings
- Understand the management and legal entity reporting requirements for the business and prepare the budgets, forecasts and plans on these basis
- Deliver ah hoc commercial reports and project as required
- Recently Qualified Accountant or late stage part qualified accountant with relevant experience gained in a multinational business
- Experienced in providing monthly and ad hoc management information to Senior Executives
- Experience in producing budgets and forecasts
- Conversant and knowledgeable of accounting and compliance rules
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and able to effectively challenge business managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced / strong excel and reporting skills
- Influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently
- A team player
